Snowcapped is a family-owned and operated hospitality business, offering hotel-style services with a focus on driving revenue and safeguarding properties for our investment clients while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

In 2020, we ventured into short-term rental management as a way to transition from corporate America, seeking a lifestyle that prioritized family time and offered remote work flexibility. After extensive research and investing in professional short-term rental education programs, we eagerly embraced the world of short-term rentals. The success of our first Airbnb experience confirmed our decision, and we’ve been on this path ever since.

After launching a few more Airbnbs, we received so much interest from friends and family about our management services that we decided to share our successful systems and processes with other investors, landlords, and second homeowners eager to join the Airbnb market but unsure how to start. That’s why we opened Mistr PM, a hotel-style management company, where we treat our investors’ guests, allowing our investors to enjoy all the rewards without any of the headaches of their short-term rental investment.
